PROJECT TITLE: Remediation of North Tank Farm, South Bay Power Plant
DESCRIPTION: Provided environmental construction services to assess and remediate impacts of former aboveground bulk tank farm within the active and operating power plant. Services provided: Constructed a one acre lined and covered containment cell to stock pile 40,000 tons of impacted soil. Performed investigative trenching, excavated, stockpiled, loaded and disposed 40,000 tons of impacted soil from aboveground fuel oil tank farm to make way for future site redevelopment.
