       Fred North Construction Company, Inc. (FNC) is a Class A licensed General Engineering Contractor and a Class B General Building Contractor in the State of California.  We specialize in providing general construction services to environmental scientists, engineers, geologists, and their clients, as well as the industrial business market.  We hold a Hazardous Substance Removal and Remedial Action Certification on our license that allows us to work within the environmental remediation field of services. All of our field staff have received 40 hour HAZWOPER training certificates and maintain the annual 8 hour refresher course as required by OSHA.

       Fred North started FNC in 1989 after seventeen years in the petroleum construction industry. During those years he actively managed the construction of service stations and fueling facilities, in addition to commercial and industrial buildings for the petroleum and chemical industry as well as public agencies, the military, and private companies.  The FNC team has extensive technical expertise in several disciplines of the construction industry with an emphasis on environmental, commercial, and industrial projects.  Our team's ability to communicate with clients and apply our experience and construction skills to assist in a project's development and completion has always been our company's greatest asset.

 
     FNC clients have maintained a close and long running relationship with our company because of the craftsmanship, care, and professionalism that we invest in everything we do. Executing a project's work plan safely and effectively is always our first priority. We work together with our clients from concept to completion developing the best and most cost effective methods to implement their work plans.  We strive, on every project, to use the most innovative solutions available to solve complex problems that occur within this specialized field.  The FNC team has extensive experience working with local, state, and federal agencies to fulfill all the regulatory requirements associated with a specific project.
